We are not liable to you if we are unable to supply a particular item, but will endeavour to deliver a substitute garment where possible. Moreover, we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalisation settings.
Although we will always try to cater for all your orders, large quantities of promotional lines ordered will be fulfilled at the discretion of Naartjie Kids SA.
Naartjie Kids SA may modify or discontinue from time to time, whether permanently or temporarily, any or all of its services with or without any notice. As such, we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification or discontinuance of our services.
Placing of Orders
Any orders that you place will be by way of transaction via the Naartjie Kids SA website.
Payment
You can pay with any MasterCard or Visa credit card, or via EFT. Naartjie e-gift cards and vouchers are also accepted as methods of payment. Please refer to our Security Policy if you have any concerns regarding credit card security. Authority for payment is given at the time of order. All prices include VAT.
Delivery
Deliveries will only be made to the delivery address selected on "checkout" and are subject to availability and receipt of payment. We do our best to secure delivery within 3-5 working days of the date of your order but will not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. For some major promotional events (such as Flash Mob Sale), processing may take an additional day or two.
Please ensure that the delivery address is easily accessible to our delivery vehicles.
If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the goods will be retained by the driver, who will leave notification of delivery and will telephone to re-arrange or will return later that day if possible.
Liability
Although we will offer you the best service we possibly can, we make no promise that our online shopping services will entirely meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free.
