At Naartjie we take pride in the high standard of quality of our merchandise and we stand 100% behind everything we sell. Our clothing is pre-washed and pre-shrunk and surpasses the industry standard for shrinkage and to ensure the garments are colour fast. Should you experience any quality problems or defects in our merchandise, please return it at your nearest Naartjie store and we will replace it with another garment.

Exchange Policy

Items purchased from the Naartjie Online Store may be exchanged at any Naartjie branch within 6 (six) months from purchase, provided that the garment is unworn, has sales tags attached, and is accompanied by the original invoice. All sale goods must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Naartjie does not offer cash refunds, but a Naartjie gift card may be issued for goods returned in-store, to the value of items returned. This gift card will be valid for a period of 36 months.

You may also return your purchase to the Naartjie Online Store directly, following the easy steps below. For purchases returned directly, an online shopping credit will be issued.

• Put through a return request on the YOUR ACCOUNT page on www.naartjie.co.za.
• If you would like to exchange items, these must be returned to our Head Office address as listed below.  The return shipping will be for your own account.
• Once the parcel has reached our offices, we will process your credit, which can be used to purchase the replacement items online.
• Should you experience any quality problems or defects in our merchandise, please return it at your nearest Naartjie store, or follow the steps above, and we will gladly replace it with another garment, and credit you for shipping costs incurred.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Vouchers have expiry dates that will be determined and adjusted in accordance with the terms and conditions of each promotion
• Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion
• Vouchers may not be used on sale goods
• Vouchers may only be used once
• Only one voucher may be used per sale
• Vouchers minimum spend must be adhered to
• No cash will be refunded against vouchers
• Naartjie is not liable to replace lost or stolen vouchers
• Vouchers are redeemable in Naartjie stores in South Africa

Gift Cards

• Please present your gift card as payment towards your purchases
• Should you not utilise the full value of your card, a credit will remain on the card for your future use
• Your receipt will show the remaining balance on your card
• Always treat cards like cash
• A gift card is not a credit card
• All Naartjie gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of last use
• A gift card is redeemable for merchandise at any Naartjie Kids store in South Africa
• Gift cards are not valid on the Naartjie online store
• Card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
• No cash balance will be given as change
• To check the balance on card, SMS the 19 digit card number to 41922 (SMS charged at R2)
